This Site is operated by an independent artist based in the United Kingdom. These Terms are governed by UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and relevant e-commerce and distance selling regulations.

2. Products and Availability

All artworks and products are described as accurately as possible. As many items are handmade or original, slight variations in colour or finish may occur.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any item or service without prior notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments must be made at the time of order through the secure payment options available (e.g. PayPal, Stripe, credit/debit card).
Orders will only be processed once full payment is received.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the UK and to selected international destinations. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on postal or courier services.
You will receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Any customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Returns and Refunds

If you change your mind about a purchase, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your item, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To request a return, please contact us at becca@moramour.com before sending any items back. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Custom or commissioned artwork cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

6. Commissions

For commissioned or bespoke artwork, a non-refundable deposit (typically 25–50%) may be required before work begins.
The remaining balance is due upon completion. Once final payment is made, ownership of the physical artwork transfers to the client, but copyright remains with the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, and content on this Site are protected by copyright law and remain the intellectual property of Becca Watkins Môr Amour Art and Design.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
Purchase of an artwork does not grant copyright ownership or reproduction rights.

8. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or data.
We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from this Site.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
